In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "567zk" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the 567zk online gaming platform accessible at 567zk.app and all associated services, features, and sub-pages.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses any feature of the 567zk platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access 567zk services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's 567zk account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credit awarded to the Player subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, sports betting market, slot, or other wagering product available on 567zk.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described in Clause 7 of these Terms & Conditions.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the exclusive account currency on the 567zk platform.

To register and maintain an account on 567zk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 567zk strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register as Players.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended 567zk account. Each Player is permitted only one account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 567zk or any other gaming platform that 567zk may reference.
• You must access 567zk solely for personal, recreational purposes and not on behalf of any third party.

567zk reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

Upon registration, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through your 567zk account. The following obligations apply at all times:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 567zk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must ensure that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your personal details — including your residential address, contact number, or payment method details — must be updated promptly via your account settings or by contacting the 567zk support team. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity at any time.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active 567zk account. If 567zk identifies that a Player holds or has attempted to create multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — 567zk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any bonus balances accrued across those accounts.

All 567zk accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to Player balances at the platform level.

567zk accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and retail cash deposit at authorised partner locations. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that matches the name on the Player's verified 567zk account. Before any withdrawal is processed, 567zk may require the Player to complete identity verification in accordance with Clause 2. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank account withdrawals are typically processed within one business day.

Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms. No withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings will be processed until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. 567zk reserves the right to withhold or void bonus-derived winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or prohibited conduct is identified.

567zk may apply deposit and withdrawal limits to individual accounts in accordance with responsible gaming protocols, regulatory requirements, or risk management procedures. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits via the account settings panel. Once a lower deposit limit is set, any request to increase that limit will be subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

567zk offers various promotional offers to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. 567zk reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific wagering requirement, time limit, eligible game list, and maximum withdrawal cap. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are distinct from Real Money Balance. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, low-risk hedging strategies, or any technique designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent — constitutes prohibited conduct. 567zk reserves the right to void all associated bonus balances and winnings in such cases.
• 567zk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the modification, subject to the continuing application of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at face value, or redeemed outside of the wagering process.

All games and betting markets offered on 567zk are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game interface:

The outcomes of all 567zk casino games — including live Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack, and all slot titles — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing as streamed from authorised studios. 567zk does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 567zk reserves the right to declare that round void and refund all wagers placed during the affected round.

Sports betting markets on 567zk — including PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, and football — are subject to separate sportsbook rules published within the sports betting section of the platform. Settlement of bets is based on official results from recognised governing bodies. 567zk reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void individual bets, or adjust odds where errors, data feed failures, or manifest pricing mistakes are identified.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on 567zk. These limits are displayed within each game or market prior to wagering. 567zk reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions where unusual wagering patterns or risk management concerns are identified.

567zk is not liable for any loss of winnings or wagers arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or power outages on the Player's side. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game round, the game will resume from its last recorded state when the Player reconnects. Where resumption is not technically possible, the affected round will be voided and the wager refunded.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on 567zk and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the platform's standard game mechanics.
• Abusing any bonus, promotion, or referral programme through multi-accounting, structured wagering, or any technique designed to extract value without genuine play intent.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit transaction after wagers have been placed from those funds.
• Accessing 567zk from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy service to mask your true location for this purpose.

567zk is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. Gambling on 567zk is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or as an escape from personal difficulties.

All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming controls via their account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. The platform will display a notification when the limit is approaching and log the Player out upon reaching it.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic notifications during play showing time elapsed and net session results.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, no logins, deposits, or wagering activity is permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 567zk. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and may be made permanent upon request. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to the 567zk support team.

Players who suspect that a minor may have accessed a 567zk account are urged to contact our support team immediately. 567zk will cooperate fully with any investigation and will permanently close any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age.

You may close your 567zk account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any withdrawable Real Money Balance will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to the completion of any pending identity verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

567zk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity.
• A Player's placement on a self-exclusion register.
• Non-compliance with any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A determination by 567zk, at its sole discretion, that continuing the account relationship presents an unacceptable commercial or regulatory risk.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 567zk will endeavour to complete the investigation within 30 days. The Player will be notified of the outcome via their registered contact details.

All content on the 567zk platform — including but not limited to the 567zk name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, user interface design, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 567zk or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use 567zk for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 567zk content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 567zk software.
• Create derivative works based on 567zk content.
• Use any 567zk trademark, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 567zk intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 567zk excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 567zk platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of 567zk, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether 567zk had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures caused by factors outside 567zk's reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, internet service provider outages, government-imposed restrictions, or force majeure events.
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of information provided on the 567zk platform for informational purposes, including odds, statistics, and game results published prior to official confirmation.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit 567zk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

567zk's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising from or in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the first instance, any dispute or complaint regarding 567zk services should be directed to the support team via the live chat facility or by email to the address published in the Contact section of the platform. 567zk will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Complex complaints may require up to 30 business days for full investigation and resolution.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written dispute to 567zk's dispute resolution team. The formal dispute must include a clear description of the issue, the relevant account details, the date(s) of the events in question, and any supporting evidence. 567zk will provide a final written response within 30 days of receiving a formal dispute submission.

Game and bet settlement outcomes determined by 567zk's certified RNG systems, live dealer procedures, or sportsbook settlement rules are final and binding, except where a technical malfunction is confirmed by 567zk's technical team. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant game round or bet settlement date.

567zk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — 567zk will provide reasonable notice via a notification displayed upon login or via email to the registered address on the Player's account.

Non-material amendments, including clarifications of existing language, correction of typographical errors, or updates to reflect regulatory changes, may take effect immediately upon publication without individual notice to Players.

Continued use of the 567zk platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

567zk operates in accordance with international online gaming regulatory standards. The platform's operational practices — including its approach to fair play, responsible gaming, anti-money laundering, player fund segregation, and data protection — are aligned with recognised international standards for online gaming platforms.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the principles and standards applicable to international online gaming operations. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to, nor shall it, constitute legal, financial, or tax advice to any Player. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 567zk complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under any applicable standard or principle, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
